Ed Le Cara here…

I’ve been intensely focused on getting booked solid in my new Denver, CO clinics and as a result I haven’t offered many Live Fitness Courses. Since I understand you want and NEED the information in a consumable and easy to learn format, I am offering a course on August 5 & 6 in Cherry Creek.

Understanding human movement and how to correct faulty patterns keeps your clients training and reduces cancellations of memberships and training sessions.

Here’s how I am going to teach you...

I’m going to walk you thru the 7 Essential Patterns of Human Movement which include the Plank, Pull, Hip Hinge, Push, Rotation, Lunge & Squat. You'll understand how all of those movements should look and feel thru demonstration and hands on workshop.   Then I will show you what faulty patterns typically present in the fitness facility and how to fix them with corrective exercises.

If the movement isn't clean then regress.  If the movement is sound then progress.  It's that simple...

What is my background?

I have over 20+ years of working in the health and fitness industry. I've practiced solo, in group practices, multi-disciplinary, in the hospital, in a corporate clinic...you get the drift. I started my career in fitness as a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. I worked my way up from a consultant to former VP of Sports Science & Human Performance at 24. They even built a clinic in their corporate office for me to treat their executives and employees. I've been around as they say. I've made so many mistakes it is embarrassing.  But I can help you avoid the same mistakes saving you tons of time and money and helping your clients move better and feel better.  You'll be coached by me live and you'll get ideas from others in the room. You'll leave being able to implement these philosophies immediately and start applying them to your clients.  The principles are important to everyone in the fitness world...whether you are a personal trainer, strength coach or group fitness instructor. For more about me here is a link to my CV.  For a list of other courses I teach, please go to my private website. For information about my practice, please go to www.KinetikChainDenver.com
